Job summary

BioUrja Renewables LLC in Peoria, IL seeks an IT/OT Service Desk Analyst I to deliver frontline IT and OT support across manufacturing and office facilities. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and plant-floor technologies within a 24x7 environment, ensuring reliable and secure technology services.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to manage incidents, service requests, and onboarding tasks, while adhering to SLOs and security policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in service desk/desktop support or related IT role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, peripherals, printers, and software.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with IT service management/ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/OT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/OT user support for plant and office operations.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests using approved tools.
• Follow IT service management processes and security standards.
• Collaborate with Tier 2/3, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT resources to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, changes, and assets.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
