Job summary

Air Products is seeking a hands-on IT–OT Systems Support Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve production-impacting issues in a manufacturing environment. You will support both IT and OT systems, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendor teams to ensure reliable plant operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving, a safety mindset, and the ability to manage issues end-to-end on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, automation, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, OT systems, manufacturing technology, or industrial systems.
