BioUrja Renewables, LLC in Peoria, IL, is seeking an IT/OT Service Desk Analyst I to join the Enterprise IT & Security team. You will support users, devices, and plant-floor systems across IT and OT environments, ensuring reliable and secure technology services in a 24x7 manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include incident handling, service requests, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and collaboration with Tier 2/3 teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years in service desk or desktop support roles preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT/OT support for users and plant-floor systems.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Support hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams and external vendors.
