Job summary

Technoidentity in the United States seeks a Project Manager to support the PMO by coordinating and managing IT and OT initiatives across the full project lifecycle. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery, effective communication, and adherence to PMO standards.

You will develop WBS, manage schedules in Microsoft Project, track milestones and risks, and support governance, reporting, and artifact libraries

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects in relevant industries.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on Microsoft Project for scheduling and maintenance.
• Proficient with PM tools and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across IT and OT initiatives with PMO standards.
• Support administration, documentation, and reporting for projects.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution through closure.
• Maintain and monitor Microsoft Project schedules and milestones.
• Track progress, deliverables, and schedule performance.
• Manage scope, change requests, and risk mitigation.
• Support resource planning across multiple projects.
• Assist decision-making and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain PMO templates, artifacts, and governance processes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and status updates.
