Responsibilities

• Manage intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests.
• Route requests to the appropriate teams, process owners, or backlogs.
• Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Support portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking.
• Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams.
• Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests.
