Persistent Systems is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise Information Systems to join our PMO, leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise system capabilities aligning with business objectives.

You will oversee ERP/CRM integrations, data governance, and application enhancements, applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as needed. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential, with travel up to 25% and eligibility for US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing enterprise systems or IT projects.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with system integration, data management, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to obtain United States Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise information system project initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategy and compliance.
• Manage planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of system integration, data governance, and application enhancement projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Operations, Product Management, and vendors.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies based on program needs.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, risk registers, budgets, and communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Support enterprise data architecture initiatives including data flow analysis, system mapping, and integration planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership with progress updates.
• Support compliance, security, and ATO documentation processes as needed.
