Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or business-related environment with 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, analytical, and time/project/conflict management skills
• Experience with hospital/business software systems and management tools (Workday)
• Experience in data or system governance and integration practices

Responsibilities

• Manages staff activities to build productive partnerships with a focus on delivering superior service
• Defines and enforces application support protocols, policies, and quality metrics
• Manages vendor relationships to ensure deliverables meet agreements
• Collaborates with Information Systems & Technology leadership on issue resolution and goals
• Provides day-to-day staff management including hiring, goal setting, and performance evaluations
• Promotes staff development and training opportunities for each member
• Develops quality metrics and reports to senior leadership
• Maintains personal professional development
• Leads and mentors team with hiring, training, and performance management
• Encourages ongoing skill development through continued education
