Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management tools.
• Experience in system enhancements, specification documentation, and report development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in leading teams and facilitating workshops with measurable results.
• Lean Six Sigma certification required.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and documents current processes; benchmarks and identifies efficiencies.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams using Lean Six Sigma when appropriate.
• Develops monitoring and reporting to evaluate process performance.
• Provides data and analysis to identify additional improvement opportunities.
• Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance and standardization.
• Collaborates with department leaders to plan and implement process improvements.
• Engages with IS&T leaders to align strategy and drive innovation.
• Mentors staff and develops documentation standards and change practices.
