Job summary

10 Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Partnering professional to implement and support clinical technology applications for our user community.

You will advocate for customer needs, coordinate support, and align IT services with patient care objectives to ensure safe, effective technology use across departments. The role requires healthcare experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage projects while collaborating with clinicians and IT staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in application modules or equivalent systems in an operationally related business.
• Experience in healthcare.
• College degree in operationally related area or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops in-depth knowledge of system capabilities to educate and advise users.
• Partners with service lines, departments and superusers to document and prioritize needs.
• Performs rounds with departments to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Provides Epic and other applications software support, file maintenance, and builds for updates and upgrades.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
• Provides project management services and supports IT initiatives.
