Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line in Miami seeks an Analyst IT Ops & Governance to strengthen IT controls, support budgeting, and manage vendor finance inquiries. You will contribute to SOX ITGCs and IT policy adherence across the IT department.

Collaborating with Finance and IT teams, you will compile financial data, analyze spend, and help forecast IT costs and capital expenditures, ensuring accurate reporting and governance across vendor contracts and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of combined accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with creating financial statements and GL month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document IT business processes to maintain and strengthen SOX internal controls and ITGCs as applicable.
• Support fiscal operations including accruals, appropriate GL coding, and accurate accounting for all IT costs.
• Assist in the preparation of variance analysis and explanations across the IT organization.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review vendors to ensure service levels and contract renewals are met.
• Prepare documentation for vendor evaluation, selection, and provisioning.
