Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line seeks a Technology Cost Accounting & FinOps Manager in Miami to own the FinOps operating model, TCO framework, and business case realization across the Global Technology Organization. You will partner with Finance, VMO, PMO, and Technology leaders to drive cost discipline and optimize cloud, telecom, software, and hardware spend.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in FP&A, technology cost management, cost accounting, or FinOps.
Strong experience with TCO models, business case development, and financial performance reporting.
Understanding of IT operating models, vendor contracts, and cost structures.
Hands-on experience with financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel, BI tools, cost modeling platforms).

Responsibilities

Define and own FinOps operating model and budgeting cadences.
Lead cost optimization and data definitions for IT asset management.
Develop financial models (ROI, NPV) for technology initiatives.
Partner across Finance, VMO, PMO, and Technology leaders to drive cost discipline.
