Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience in a business environment.
• Solid working experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and genuinely helpful customer service oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day to day IT support across all locations.
• Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant day to day.
• Help maintain network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
