Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automation experience preferred.
• Experience with Power Automate and SQL Server required.
• Insurance industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automated business processes and workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies to streamline business operations.
• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automated workflows and applications.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, scripts, and data integration routines to support automation, reporting, and business requirements.
• Support and enhance existing applications and automated processes developed in C# and .NET languages.
• Analyze, manipulate, and validate large data sets to support operational and reporting needs.
• Provide technical support for reporting solutions utilizing SQL Server and relational database technologies.
• Respond to support tickets and user requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with external vendors and software providers on enhancements, upgrades, defect resolution, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ensure vendor-developed solutions comply with organizational standards, development best practices, and security requirements.
• Analyze system defects, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Document processes, technical specifications, solutions, and procedures.
