Job summary

ReviveRX is hiring an IT Operations Technician II to support end-user technology across our Houston-based operations. The role focuses on hands-on on-site support for Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365, including MFA and enterprise IT systems.

Must communicate well and serve leadership with discretion in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities include imaging devices, device lifecycle management, Admin Center tasks, and VIP support for senior leaders.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, 2+ years.
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Admin Center.
HIPAA-compliance awareness in healthcare IT operations.
Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier I–II end-user IT support via ticketing, phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS devices.
Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Troubleshoot MFA issues and device registration for secure access.
Manage user accounts and licenses via Microsoft Admin Center.
Imaging, provisioning, and deployment for new hires and device refreshes.
