Job summary

Radiology Imaging Associates seeks an IT End User Specialist II to provide advanced front-line support for hardware, software, and peripherals. You will open and resolve service tickets and work with senior IT staff to solve complex issues, often onsite across Colorado facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years Healthcare IT experience (radiology preferred), strong Windows and M365 skills, and a commitment to user-friendly communication. Local on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Must be able to work in small confined spaces (2x2).
• Must be able to regularly lift 50+ lbs.
• 2-5 years Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to end-users.
• Logs, triages, and manages IT support requests in a first-contact scenario.
• Provides advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Identifies and escalates more complex problems to higher level support.
• Documents solutions to increase efficiency and reduce first contact resolution times.
• Performs end-user and computer account management tasks.
• Participates in On-Call rotations.
• Maintains end-user focused applications and works with higher-level teams.
