Job summary

Avel eCare is seeking an IT Operations Technician II to deploy and troubleshoot IT equipment and end-user devices at our Sioux Falls hub. You will configure, test, and deploy network gear and manage MDM systems while supporting go-live activities and on-site logistics.

You will lead device management, assist with onboarding, troubleshoot connectivity, and document configurations. This role requires collaboration with IT teams and adherence to change policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years deploying telephony, video conferencing and mobile devices.
• Minimum three years supporting or leading IT project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and testing of equipment and software for devices.
• Administer mobile solutions and provide Tier 2-3 support as needed.
• Create knowledge base articles for troubleshooting deployed services.
• Assist customers during implementation and go-live testing with technical support.
• Perform network diagnostics to resolve connectivity and hardware issues.
• Manage packing, shipping, and tracking of IT equipment with documentation.
• Coordinate deployments with IT teams and manage project requirements.
• Maintain logs and inventories and document configurations.
