Job summary

Avel eCare seeks an IT Operations Technician I to deploy, configure, and test IT network equipment and end-user devices across our nationwide virtual health network. This onsite role in Sioux Falls, SD, involves supporting onboarding, troubleshooting connectivity, and managing asset logistics to ensure successful implementations.

The position requires coordinating with multiple IT teams, maintaining documentation, and providing Tier 2-3 support during deployments and go-live activities.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in information technology or computer science preferred.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics and network analytics tools preferred.
