Job summary

Avel eCare is seeking an IT Operations Technician II to support the deployment and ongoing operations of technology solutions across our nationwide virtual health network. You will configure, test, and deploy network equipment and end-user devices, administer MDM systems, and provide Tier 2–3 technical support onsite at our Sioux Falls hub.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years deploying telephony, video conferencing systems, and mobile devices.
• Minimum three years supporting or leading IT project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT implementation projects, deploying, configuring, and testing equipment and software for Avel and customer devices.
• Manages and administers mobile solutions including Workspace One and Samsung Knox.
• Provides Tier 2–3 technical support and assists with go-live testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintains logs, asset tracking, and documentation for deployments and changes.
