Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company seeks an Operations I.T. Supervisor to oversee branch IT systems, provide 24/7 support, and manage equipment and software inventories.

You will train staff on internal systems and office applications, collaborate with the Branch IS Manager, and work across desktop, network, and enterprise applications including PeopleSoft. The role requires an Associate's degree in IT or related field, 1 year of PC maintenance experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 1 year PC maintenance and support experience.
• Expertise with PC applications, basic networking, and LAN administration.
• Excellent diagnosis and problem-solving skills; strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and on-site technical support to BEK personnel to maintain efficiency in technical operations.
• Train BEK personnel on internal systems and common office applications.
• Perform management and maintenance of systems and provide backup support as required by the Branch IS Manager.
• Provide 24 x 7 first-line support via telephone and on-site for technology users at the branch.
• Elevate support issues that cannot be solved locally to the corporate helpdesk with sufficient information for troubleshooting.
• Assist with purchasing of equipment and installation/configuration of hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate equipment and software inventory records and diagnose issues to minimize disruption.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Dematic issues and network/AP devices.
