Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is hiring a seasoned technical support SME to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT solutions for onsite, facility, and remote users across the United States.

The role requires strong knowledge of networks, servers, AD, and security, with hands-on experience in deployment and repair of PC/Laptop hardware. The successful candidate will analyze complex issues, support UAT testing, and collaborate with IT teams on projects.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of IT operations or technical support.
• Experience with PC/Laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Basic network and server knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience with Active Directory for Windows servers.
• Experience with Warehouse Automation Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain IT solutions for onsite, facility, and remote users.
• Analyze issues and determine best course of action quickly.
• Provide on-site and remote support across US facilities.
• Assist with UAT testing and post-change troubleshooting.
• Explain practices and procedures to others outside the job area.
