Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations or technical support.
• Experience with PC/Laptop repair and troubleshooting.
• Basic network and server knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience with Active Directory for Windows servers.
• Warehouse automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain IT solutions at the office, facility, and remote users.
• Analyze computer issues and determine the best course of action.
• Assist with server and network deployment and repairs.
• Support UAT testing and troubleshoot post-change implementation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to facilities and associates.
