Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in Moore, SC is seeking a seasoned technical support subject matter expert. You will monitor, troubleshoot and maintain IT solutions for onsite, facility, and remote users, with focus on networks, servers, AD, and security.

Qualifications

Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in IT Operations or similar technical support.
Experience with PC/Laptop repair and troubleshooting.
Basic network and server knowledge to assist troubleshooting and repairs.
Experience with Active Directory for Windows servers.
Warehouse Automation Systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain IT solutions for onsite, facility, and remote users.
Assist with server and network deployment and basic security tasks.
Provide on-site and remote support across the US and collaborate with IT teams.
Perform UAT testing and troubleshoot post-change implementation.
Explain practices and procedures to colleagues outside the job area.
Work independently under limited supervision and adapt methods as needed.
