Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 5+ years in IT operations/systems administration or network management.
• 2+ years in leadership or team lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate IT staff.
• Manage Helpdesk ticket queue.
• Lead IT service delivery, incident, and change management.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Track expenditures and identify cost optimization opportunities.
