The position is fully on-site at our Greenwood Village, CO office. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT operations and 2+ years in leadership, with cloud and cybersecurity expertise and a focus on cost-effective IT governance.

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to provide leadership and oversight for information technology services, business applications, user support, technology projects, vendor relationships, and IT operations. This position ensures technology solutions support organizational goals, improve operation efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders while managing IT staff, technology initiatives, and day-to-day service delivery.

This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate IT staff.
• Manage Helpdesk ticket queue.
• Establish performance expectations (SLAs) and professional development plans
• Foster a culture of collaboration, customer service, innovation, and accountability.
• Assist with workforce planning, hiring, and succession planning activities.
• Lead the delivery of IT support services to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues.
• Oversee incident, request, problem, and change management processes.
• Continuously improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support records management, data governance, and technology-related audits.
• Promote best practices for technology use and information management.
• Develop and maintain departmental budgets.
• Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, or network management.
• 2+ years of leadership or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and end-user support environment.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-starter.
• Currently employed with York through the Skillbridge program
• Willingness to work full-time in our Greenwood Village, CO office; this position does not support remote or hybrid work.
