Farnham Family Services is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the agency's technology environment across multiple sites. You will supervise IT staff, manage projects, and coordinate vendors while ensuring security, backups, and regulatory compliance.

The role covers Microsoft 365, end‑user devices, the EHR, and other critical systems, balancing day‑to‑day service with strategic improvements under the Director of Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on IT operations experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating IT projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) and identity management.
• Experience with ticketing systems, asset management, and documentation.
• Experience supporting regulated healthcare systems or EHR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise IT staff (senior specialists, specialists, interns) and coordinate with the Director of Operations.
• Plan schedules, coverage, and handoffs to support regular operations and respond to outages.
• Lead ticket prioritization, escalation, and service quality monitoring, with coaching as needed.
• Direct administration and improvement of agency systems, networks, and end‑user devices.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, changes, and renewals in collaboration with departments.
• Ensure security controls, backups, documentation, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
