Job summary

OurCalling, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to ensure technology systems support mission delivery from our Dallas Downtown Navigation Center.

You will oversee vendor management, device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and security protocols across on-site and distributed sites. The role requires strong IT coordination skills, experience with hardware and cloud systems, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT coordination or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, cloud systems, and security best-practices.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT vendor relationships and SLAs; coordinate ticket resolutions with vendors.
• Oversee IT assets including servers, laptops, iPads, digital signage, access systems, and security devices.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding for staff in collaboration with HR; ensure smooth day-to-day tech ops.
• Maintain IT playbooks, implement security policies, and deliver staff training on tools and cybersecurity.
