Job summary

GSM Outdoors in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations, infrastructure, and strategic IT initiatives. You will ensure reliability, security, and scalability while guiding a high-performing team across the organization.

You will develop and execute the IT strategy, oversee deployments, manage vendor relationships, and champion enterprise security and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, operating systems, hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Experience managing IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong understanding of information security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Experience managing technology vendors, contracts, and third-party service providers.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise IT technologies.

Responsibilities
