Job summary

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack and seeks an IT/Office Operations lead to own devices, identity, SaaS, and office IT for our San Francisco team.

You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience, manage Macs, and maintain secure access with clear permissions. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and frontline product teams in a mission-driven company building frontier AI.

Qualifications

• Experience managing macOS devices, identity, SaaS tools and office networks.
• Experience building/useful scripts or automations to improve IT workflows.
• Comfort with AI tools to build/troubleshoot with good judgment on permissions and secrets.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and support colleagues with care.

Responsibilities

• Own our Mac fleet from first boot to retirement: purchasing, inventory, enrollment, setup, patching, encryption, and secure recovery.
• Run identity and SaaS access across Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA with clear permissions and revocation.
• Own onboarding, role changes, and offboarding with timely device/setup changes.
• Keep the SF office running: Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, hardware, software, and vendor relations.
• Provide agents with provisioning, support triage, access requests, and repetitive admin tasks.
• Run endpoint controls and coordinate with security on investigations and audit evidence, building self-service tools.
