Prime Intellect, Inc. is building the open superintelligence stack and a full-stack platform for frontier AI research and production.

We seek a Product Lead to define direction, align engineering with research, and deliver a cohesive developer experience across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and sandboxes. You'll work closely with founders and technical leads, shaping priorities for frontier scale systems and tools, while staying hands-on and delivering polished, useful

Qualifications

• Built and grown a technical product used in production.
• Led teams while balancing hands-on involvement.
• Prototype and work with APIs; reason about system tradeoffs.
• Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms.
• Care about how a product feels to use and improve usability.
• Turn customer feedback into concrete, actionable steps.
• Open superintelligence and democratizing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set a focused product direction with founders and tech leads.
• Shape the connected customer experience across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces.
• Work directly with customers and researchers to test ideas and turn experiments into features.
• Stay hands-on through prototypes, specs, reviews, and working sessions with engineers.
• Measure impact: time to first useful result, repeat usage, production adoption.
