Job summary

Prime Intellect AI is building the open superintelligence stack, with a San Francisco–based team supporting laptops, identity, SaaS, and IT infrastructure. This role owns the technology that keeps our humans and their agents moving, from onboarding to securing access across tools and environments.

You’ll work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, ongoing improvements, and reliable, user-friendly IT services that scale with frontier AI development.

Qualifications

• Managed macOS devices, identity, SaaS tools, and office networks across teams.
• Built scripts/integrations that improved IT workflows.
• Comfortable using AI tools to build and troubleshoot with proper permissions handling.
• Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mac fleet lifecycle: purchase, inventory, enrollment, setup, patching, encryption, recovery.
• Manage identity and SaaS access across Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA with clear permissions.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding with timely provisioning and revocation.
• Ensure SF office operations: Wi‑Fi, rooms, hardware, software, vendor relations, and process improvements.
• Facilitate agent provisioning, support triage, access requests, and repetitive admin tasks.
• Develop self-service tools and documentation with security in mind.
