Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an Operations, Facilities & IT Manager to lead facilities, IT services, and vendor coordination in San Diego. You will oversee budgets, asset management, and contractor relationships while ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements.

The role includes triaging IT requests with the outsourced partner, maintaining records, and coordinating preventive maintenance across owned and leased properties. Strong project management and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, facilities management, project management, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, facilities, project management, IT, or property management.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and outsourced IT services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, technology, and operational priorities to meet milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, and project action plans.
• Serve as primary liaison with outsourced IT partner and monitor service delivery.
• Maintain records for projects, assets, budgets, and contracts.
• Provide minor IT Desktop support and system administration duties.
