Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact with other ITSD functional areas and vendors to ensure QA processes are maintained.
• Build strong working relationships and ensure tasks are completed with high quality.
• Participate in meetings (virtual or in person) and communicate customer expectations clearly.
• Identify process breakdowns affecting service and drive improvements.
• Support research and preparation of hardware/software procurement requests.
