Job summary

Otoe Missouria Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance processes for upcoming U.S. Army IT operations. This position will ensure adherence to federal standards and drive continuous improvement across IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of federal experience supporting DoD or military environments.
• Experience developing and managing QASP/QCP frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DoD IT operations and service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Monitor and evaluate program performance against contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD standards, including RMF and STIGs.
