Orthodontic Experts in Illinois seeks a Project Manager to direct and coordinate multi-site projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental boards.

You will define scope, manage timelines, oversee new location openings, assemble teams, forecast costs, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related discipline.
• Experience in multi-site operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
• Travel is required and a valid state driver's license.
• Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, SMART goals, and create work plans with timelines and milestones.
• Oversee new location openings, room buildouts, and equipment installation.
• Assemble project teams and allocate tasks to suitable personnel.
• Forecast costs, allocate funds, and monitor expenses.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.
• Mitigate risks and pursue project opportunities.
• Serve as main point of contact, updating stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company, operational, OSHA, HIPAA, and state board standards.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
