Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking an experienced IT Operations Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead a large-scale laptop refresh and deployment initiative. You will drive end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while coordinating with IT operations, service desk, information security, asset management, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management, hands-on hardware deployment experience, and strong knowledge of SDLC, PMBOK, Agile, and

Qualifications

8+ years of IT project management experience.
Experience leading hardware deployment or enterprise rollout projects.
Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IT deployment and refresh projects from initiation through completion.
Manage project schedules, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate device deployment logistics, scheduling, resource assignments, and rollout activities.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, vendors, and end users.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, change requests, and project artifacts.
Drive process improvements and ensure successful project outcomes.
