Job summary

CARE IT Services Inc. is seeking a Sr Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead enterprise IT projects and large hardware deployment initiatives in Austin, TX onsite.

The role requires 15+ years of IT project management, vendor coordination, and strong stakeholder communication with experience in SDLC, PMBOK, and Agile delivery. PMP, CSM, or ITIL certification is preferred, with Texas state agency collaboration and statewide deployment experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project planning and execution.
• Manage hardware deployment and enterprise refresh initiatives.
• Coordinate vendors, technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for large-scale deployments across multiple locations.
• Ensure projects follow established SDLC, Agile, PMBOK, change management, and organizational processes.
• Support statewide IT deployment activities and coordinate implementation timelines.
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
