Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates and customizes reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, Control-M, and Tableau
• Analyzes data sources to identify trends or issues
• Leads initiatives to correct trending issues
• Monitors enterprise job schedules across environments
• Provides QA for IT Operations by identifying and correcting errors
