Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise job schedules across environments.
• Resolve IT Operations incidents per procedures and escalation paths.
• Troubleshoot incidents using documentation and knowledge.
• Coordinate and prioritize shift tasks and communicate effectively with IT Operations leadership.
• Provide training to Operators to close knowledge gaps and improve processes.
