Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an IT Operations Services Associate to monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents across multiple environments. The role supports servers, networks, and storage infrastructure, with a focus on security, operations, and roadmaps.

The position requires working a hybrid schedule, in-office at least three days per week (including either Monday or Friday), and shifts start at 2pm. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT Operations and service management workflows.

• Strong incident resolution and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise job schedules across multiple environments.
• Execute incident resolution and escalation procedures when needed.
• Provide timely information for abnormal processing and escalate as required.
• Coordinate and prioritize shift tasks and ensure quality during operations.
