Job summary
Kinective is seeking an IT Manager to lead US IT operations, ensuring reliable service delivery for our banking-focused platform. You will collaborate with support, systems engineering, security, and regional leaders to scale operations with reduced risk.
Responsibilities include incident and asset management, onboarding/offboarding, license and procurement oversight, and cross-site process improvements, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 7+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery leadership.
- 3+ years leading IT support/infrastructure teams across multiple sites.
- ITIL or related certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted IT workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations for US offices and partners.
- Coordinate incident, change, problem, procurement, and asset management.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and license management.
- Ensure security, vendor management, and budgeting controls across sites.
- Drive automation and process improvements based on operating data.
