OpenAI is seeking a Program Manager to scale IT operations across the organization. You will lead complex cross-functional programs improving operational maturity and alignment among IT, Security, Engineering, and Workplace teams.

You will own intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives, building clear ownership and governance while driving durable, scalable operational capabilities for rapid company growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in high-growth environments.
• Experience building and scaling operational processes and operating models.
• Proven track record improving internal operations and workplace tech.
• Excellent judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to improve scalability, consistency, and maturity.
• Drive operational excellence across IT support, lifecycle ops, and facilities services.
• Create operating models, readiness plans, and escalation paths for programs.
• Ensure deployments and internal platforms are ready and sustainably supported at scale.
• Advance visibility, alignment, and coordination across long-running initiatives.
• Define ownership, execution plans, and durable follow-through for projects.
• Own intake, prioritization, coordination, and completion of cross-functional work.
