Canyon Equities in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations across multiple portfolio companies. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, establish SLAs, and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver reliable technology services.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will drive service quality, security, and scalable IT practices while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a technical team and driving service delivery across portfolio companies.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supporting multi-entity/shared services environments and enterprise apps.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across Canyon Equities and portfolio companies.
• Manage IT staff, priorities, workloads, and on-site coverage.
• Develop SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, access management, and change control.
• Coordinate major incidents, post-incident reviews, and communication with stakeholders.
• Drive scalable IT service delivery practices for new clients while maintaining quality.
