Job summary

Riordan Management in Grand Rapids seeks an experienced IT Manager to provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of the organization’s technology environment. You will manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user support, and IT service delivery while guiding a team of IT professionals to ensure reliable and scalable solutions aligned with business growth.

The role requires 10+ years in IT leadership, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a track record of managing enterprise systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 10+ years of progressive IT or leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity programs, and IT service delivery.
• Experience supervising technical teams and cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading IT teams in multi-site, multi-state environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of IT professionals and build talent pipelines.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology investments with a roadmap and budget.
• Ensure high-quality technical support and drive continuous improvement of help desk operations.
• Establish IT policies, standards and procedures and audit for compliance.
• Oversee system upgrades, deployments, infrastructure refreshes and site expansions.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation within scope and budget.
• Manage enterprise networks, cloud, telecommunications, and endpoints; ensure DR/BCP readiness.
• Drive cybersecurity strategy, awareness training, and compliance initiatives.
• Proactively address issues and launch new projects; update procedures as needed.
