Job summary

EECU seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure and end-user technology environment. This on-site role in Fort Worth, TX drives reliability, security, and high performance across corporate offices and branches.

You will supervise infrastructure, network, and end-user support teams, serve as escalation point for incidents, and promote resiliency and continuous improvement in IT Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5–7 years in IT operations, infrastructure and end-user support.
• Experience managing incident response, escalations and after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT Operations teams with clear performance objectives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization and cloud.
• Coordinate incident response and ensure system availability and stability.
