Job summary

EECU Credit Union in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Systems Security Administrator II to protect our technology environment. This hands-on role handles cybersecurity administration, monitoring, vulnerability management, patching, incident response support, and security control documentation.

You will collaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to address risks while ensuring reliable operations and secure member services across Windows servers,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3–5 years of related IT/cybersecurity experience.
Experience with Windows server/workstation environments, AD, patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

Monitor security platforms including SIEM, endpoint protection, email security, vulnerability management, and threat-detection solutions.
Review alerts, logs, and events to identify risks or issues.
Investigate and document security events and escalate incidents as needed.
Conduct vulnerability scans across servers, workstations, network devices, cloud services, and apps.
Plan, test, deploy, and document OS, app, firmware, and security updates.
Assist with endpoint protection, MFA, access controls, and AD/Entra ID.
