Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to IT functions supporting all associates across PC, mobility, service desk and telecoms.
• Lead daily Service Desk operations and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, high‑quality support.
• Manage staffing, training, and succession planning for IT teams.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and other departments to improve incident escalation and service processes.
• Maintain service knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
