The role requires 5+ years in IT operations or asset management and 2+ years of leadership, with strong knowledge of ITAM tools and endpoint administration. On-site Brentwood, TN location with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or asset management.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or system administrators.
• Deep familiarity with ITAM tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti).
• Strong understanding of endpoint administration (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, MDM).
• Proven experience managing budgets, reviewing quotes, and processing PO approvals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT hardware, peripherals, and software license lifecycle.
• Lead the System Administration team, ensuring daily operations and uptime.
• Balance financial accountability with technical team leadership.
• Approve POs for IT assets within budget and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain SOPs for asset deployment, refresh cycles, and disposal.
• Analyze operational metrics to improve response times and asset efficiency.
