Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides first level of support to Brookdale associates who are having system and procedural problems.
• Uses phone and other communication channels to document requests for resolution or information in a service management system.
• Investigates problems, determines cause and takes action steps necessary to resolve issues and verifies resolution.
• May assist with escalation support and travel for project work as needed.
