Brookdale is seeking an IT Operations leader in the United States to supervise system administration teams and optimize asset management. You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, security policies, and vendor relations while driving cost-effective IT operations.

The role involves budget oversight, PO approvals, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on securing endpoints and maintaining accurate asset data across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or asset management.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or system administrators.
• Experience with ITAM tools (ServiceNow or Ivanti).
• Strong knowledge of endpoint administration (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, MDM).
• Budgeting, quotes, and PO approvals experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and vendor communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor System Administrators and manage workloads.
• Escalation point for complex IT support issues and endpoint troubles.
• Enforce endpoint security policies and compliance.
• Govern onboarding, offboarding, and identity access management.
• Approve POs for IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
• Manage equipment refresh schedules for devices.
• Maintain ITAM database with accurate inventory tracking.
• Manage relationships with hardware vendors and software publishers.
• Develop SOPs for asset deployment, refresh cycles, and disposal.
• Analyze metrics to improve team response times and asset efficiency.
