Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a seasoned IT leader to oversee the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of all end-user IT hardware, peripherals, and software licenses. You will provide leadership to the System Administration team, ensuring efficient daily operations, user account management, and device uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or asset management.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or system administrators.
• Deep familiarity with ITAM tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti).
• Strong understanding of endpoint administration (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, MDM like Intune).
• Experience in budgeting, reviewing quotes, and PO approvals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of all end-user IT hardware, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Lead the System Administration team to ensure efficient daily operations and device uptime.
• Balance financial accountability with technical leadership, including PO approvals and vendor management.
• Develop and document SOPs for asset deployment, refresh cycles, and device disposal.
• Mentor System Administrators and provide escalation support for complex issues.
• Govern endpoint security and ensure patch compliance across devices.
• Manage ITAM database, inventory tracking from procurement to disposal.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and identity access management processes.
